Concert: In memory of Enzo Hrovatin

On 2 December 2023 at 8 pm, the Izola Cultural Centre will pay tribute to Enzot Hrovatin, singer and guitarist of the band Faraoni, with a concert. He was the author and performer of evergreen hits such as We the People Are Like the Sea, You Can, Solinar, I Won't Forget the Old Times, Here Is My Home and Pescador. He joined Faraoni in 1983. In 2012, the popular musician from the Littoral region was celebrated twice: at the MMS with his composition Nostalgico Ritmo, which won two awards from the jury - for the best composition and for the best arrangement, and in Maribor at the Ritem duha festival - he won the first prize with his composition Jesus in you I trust. In addition, he participated as an author or performer in the first festival of dialect songs in Buja with the composition Quatro Oci, Quatro Rece E Due Cuori.
We will be joined on stage by musicians who have worked with Enzo in different ways and will pay tribute to him through the musical waters. They are:

Admission is free, but the organisers still urge you to pick up your free tickets at the ticket offices (Alga Gallery and Art cinema Odeon) during opening hours. 2 tickets per person can be collected at the same time.
