In 2019, the long-standing friendship between brothers Marko and Mitja Stropnik – one on guitar, the other on drums – guitarist Andrej Rot, singer and guitarist Dušan Sagadin – Duce – and bassist Patrik Grbec turned into a shared musical project. Five musicians who had previously played in various bands joined forces and set out on a new musical journey together. After numerous failed attempts to find a fitting name, Grbec finally had enough and declared: “If we don’t have a name, then I’m leaving!” And so the name Paul Grem was born. The rest is history.
