Paul Grem embarked on their journey three years ago. The right moment, but above all, a shared vision of music and the inspiration to create it, were key factors that brought brothers Mitja and Marko Stropnik, Andrej Rot, Dušan Sagadin Duco, and Patrik Grbac together to form a new band.
Coming from various musical backgrounds (Tinkara Kovač, Rudi & the Cool Vibes, Matjaž Jelen Band, Ptice, Špičikuc Orchestra, Danilo Kocjančič Friends, Bluesback...), in Paul Grem they express themselves through simple, raw melodies and brutally honest, deeply personal lyrics. Running through their veins are blues, country, and rock with a touch of pop.
The five musicians from the Primorska region, who have been shaping the local music scene for quite some time, first introduced themselves with the song Nočem plesat sam. This was followed by Pot, Iskren pogled, Luč preteklosti, Slika, Omama, and at the end of last year, Hladen dan, which marked the release of the album Luč preteklosti.

Yan Baray is a coastal musician, guitarist, singer, songwriter, and producer. For many years, he actively participated as a guitarist and backing vocalist in various bands. This was followed by years of producing songs and albums for local musicians. Over time, however, he grew tired of creating only for others and felt the desire to craft something of his own.
He began his solo career in 2010, leading to the release of his first album, Visions From Another World, in June 2011. His songs reflect his perception of society, inner change, and personal growth.
It is no secret that Yan, not only in Primorska but also throughout Slovenia, is becoming a highly respected producer, responsible for shaping the sound of many local musicians. However, at his core, Yan remains a musician and states that, despite the challenges of production, he still prefers being on stage. Recently, he has released several new singles that will be part of his upcoming album, expected to be released in the spring of next year.
