Band description:
The Wing Men consist of the seasoned singer-songwriter Ben Zuddhist from London and the exceptional Australian guitarist Dave Weir. They met in an unusual way in the Ariège, where they both live, and have been performing together since 2023. Their two-hour performance is 100% original, entertaining, eclectic, sometimes rocking, and at times deeply moving. Their influences include David Bowie, Velvet Underground, Leonard Cohen, and the British punk movement of the late ’70s. While most of the lyrics are in English, the songs are presented with humor and charisma.
