This year's lights switch-on will open the magical Ice Island in Izola.
The lighting of the festive lights will be accompanied by musician Anika Horvat.
More about the musician:
Ana Anika Horvat, considered one of the most successful Slovenian singers at Slovenian festivals. Her breakthrough in her career came when she won the Melodies of the Sea and the Sun festival in 1996 with the song "May the Night, Piran", and later she also won the Slovenian Pop Song Festival twice.
