Solstice at Kaštelir

Location: The village of Korte above Izola

5 p.m.: meeting in front of the Cooperative House in Korte with a guided tour of the Kaštelir archaeological park.

7 p.m.: event in Kaštelir with a performance by pupils of the Korte branch school (Vojke Šmuc Isola Elementary School) and the Tamariska vocal group.

There will be an exhibition of prehistoric jewelry, symbolic fire lighting, an offering to the goddess Eos, and a banquet with prehistoric food.
