The White Sea Fish Days are dedicated to one of the most important ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine. Fresh white sea fish is an essential part of coastal gastronomy and an important element of the fishing tradition of Slovenian Istria.

During the culinary days, chefs from Slovenian Istria will prepare it in various ways – from simple, traditional recipes to more contemporary culinary interpretations. Delicious dishes made from fresh sea fish will be served, highlighting the authentic flavours of the sea.
